Pol
Vaquero was born in Córdoba, in 1980.
He
began his dance studies in the Conservatoire of Córdoba
at the age of ten and began his professional career at the
age of 16 with Antonio Canales company
in the production “Torero”.
Among the notable companies he has worked with, that of Antonio
Canales is outstanding in works such as “Torero”,
"Gitano", "Minotauro", etc. and with Vicente
Amigo as guest artist. Pol has appeared as soloist for the
National Ballet of Spain in “Grito”,
and in Joaquin Grilo’s company. He has also appeared
as soloist in “De Amore”, by Mauricio Sotelo.
Pol was guest artist with Antonio Canales and Juan de Juan
for the show “Chanson Flamenca” and he participated
as a dancer in the videoclip of Alejandro Sanz’s “Corazon
Partío”.
At
the present time he is working with the National Ballet of
Spain.
